We work closely with Student Senate, Student Ambassadors, and student clubs & organizations to enhance the whole student experience at Northern New Mexico College.
Being a Student Ambassador is one of the most prestigious honors any college student can attain. It is a fun experience that expands networks and unlocks all sorts of great opportunities.
Student Ambassadors are student leaders who serve as the voice and face of NNMC, and strive to serve our students and provide them with the best college experience possible. NORTHERN New Mexico College is looking for people like YOU to become a Student Ambassador!
Essential Functions
Student Ambassadors perform duties and services, as an NNMC representative, including support for Student Life events, leading campus tours when needed, representing the college in outreach capacities, meeting and greeting campus visitors, and attending student leadership and training sessions.
Student Ambassador position is classified as a Work-Study opportunity, providing students with valuable experience while earning financial support for their education. To be considered for a Work-Study position, students must apply for aid through Northern New Mexico College's Financial Aid Office by completing the FAFSA and be enrolled at least half time in an eligible program. To be eligible you must have a 3.0 GPA.
